Luther-King Cooking Skills

 

Luther-King students used their cooking skills, along with their creativity, to produce a dish: Sweet Potato Gnocchi. They peeled sweet potatoes, boiled and mashed them with flour and their favourite seasoning. Students cut the potato 'dough' into shapes, boiled them again until the pieces were at the surface and baked them in the oven. Luther-King students were asked to pay extra attention to the presentation of their dish, and they garnished the plate with spinach and sundried tomatoes.

Most of the students tried their cooking and truly enjoyed it.
